Ways to support Badlaav Foundation
Choose yours. Whether you give, volunteer, or partner, you become part of what makes the system work.
Three ways in
Individual giving, recurring donations, and crowdfunding campaigns. All donations are 80G eligible. Every rupee goes directly into programme delivery for 250+ children.
Bring your skills into the CCI. Club facilitators, trainers, mentors, content creators, and professionals of all kinds. Badlaav trains and supports every volunteer.
Route your company’s CSR funds to Badlaav through our CSR-1 registration. We handle reporting, compliance documentation, and impact evidence.
Individual giving
Badlaav runs on lean budgets and high accountability. There is no large overhead. No expensive infrastructure. The funds you give translate into club sessions, outings, facilitator stipends, and the structures that make the system work.
You can donate once, or set up a recurring contribution. All donations are 80G eligible. You receive a 50% tax deduction on the donated amount. A tax receipt is issued for every donation above ₹500.
80G Registration: AAETB7121K25LK02 · Valid 2026–27 to 2030–31 · 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
You can also support Badlaav through our active Ketto campaigns. Crowdfunding campaigns run for Camp Infinity, the Leadership Camp, and other programme needs.

Volunteering
Badlaav volunteers work directly inside the CCIs, facilitating Skill Club sessions, supporting programme delivery, and contributing professional skills to the organisation. Every volunteer is trained. Every volunteer is supported. And every volunteer is contributing to something that the children inside actually feel.
You do not need to have worked with children before. You need to be willing to learn, to show up consistently, and to understand that your role is to equip the children, not to perform for them.
✓
Commitment: Minimum 6 months to build continuity. Children respond to people who keep showing up.
✓
Training: All volunteers receive an onboarding session covering child protection, session delivery, and trauma-informed communication.
✓
Supervision: Every volunteer works alongside a Badlaav team member or trained facilitator. You are never alone in a session.
✓
Child safety: Badlaav follows a strict child protection policy. A signed code of conduct is required before any volunteer enters the CCI.
Roles we currently need
Facilitate sessions in Sports, Arts, Computer, Music, Literary, Yoga, Boxing, or Aptitude. No formal qualification required. Just genuine skill and the ability to teach it.
Professionals willing to share their career journey with children who have never met someone in your field. One hour can open a door that stays open for years.
Photographers, writers, designers, and social media strategists who can help Badlaav tell its story with honesty and quality.
Write to us with your name, skills, availability, and what draws you to this work. We will get back to you within 5 working days.

CSR Partnership
Badlaav Foundation is registered under CSR-1 and fully compliant with Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013. Your company’s CSR funds can be routed directly to Badlaav for activities covering child welfare, education, and gender equality.
We provide complete documentation: utilisation certificates, impact reports, photographs, financial statements audited by a Chartered Accountant, and ongoing communication about what your funds are doing. We do not treat CSR reporting as an afterthought. We treat it as accountability.
What CSR funds can support
Support the CARE Programme, Dagdya student council, or Camp Infinity directly. Named programme funding available with full impact reporting.
Fund the Annual Outing for 310+ children. A single day of experience that creates living memories and shifts what children believe about themselves.
Fund the compensated alumni facilitators who run our Skill Clubs. Arjun, Vishnu, and Sheetal are living proof that this works. Help make their role sustainable.
Fund the Sainik School readiness programme that sent 4 of 7 shelter home girls into the AISSEE. A programme that changes the ceiling for children who had none.

Sports equipment, art supplies, computer hardware, books, musical instruments, or any resource that directly serves a Skill Club. We can tell you exactly what is needed and in what condition.
